Big January Moves Are Starting to Take Shape
Juventus and Spurs hunting goals
Juventus are already planning changes to their attack as they look to climb out of a difficult spell. The Italian giants want more goals and see January as a chance to refresh their forward line.
Federico Chiesa is one name being discussed, although any move from Liverpool would likely depend on Mohamed Salah’s return from AFCON. Juventus are also monitoring Atlético Madrid striker Alexander Sørloth, who could offer physical presence and reliability in front of goal.
Tottenham are also active after another frustrating weekend. Spurs are searching for attacking options and have shown interest in Monaco forward Maghnes Akliouche. The club are also trying to strengthen at left back, although an opening bid for Santos youngster Souza has already been rejected.

Real Madrid join race for Adam Wharton
One of the most eye-catching stories involves Crystal Palace midfielder Adam Wharton. Real Madrid have now entered the race for the England international and see him as a long-term midfield option.
Palace would only consider offers above €70 million, and competition is fierce. Manchester City, Liverpool, Manchester United and Chelsea are all keeping a close eye on the 21-year-old, making this one of January’s most interesting battles.
Milan want defensive reinforcements
AC Milan are assessing their squad depth after a demanding run of fixtures. The Rossoneri are reportedly keen on Manchester City defender Nathan Aké, viewing him as a ready-made solution.
Other defensive options under consideration include Juventus’ Federico Gatti and Tottenham’s Radu Dragusin, as Milan look for reliability rather than long-term projects.
Barcelona and Inter monitoring bargains
Barcelona, Inter and Borussia Dortmund are all tracking Hadjuk Split defender Branimir Mlacic. The Croatian centre-back is available for a relatively modest fee and fits Barcelona’s desire to add one more defender without heavy spending.
Meanwhile, Barcelona are still monitoring the situation around João Cancelo, although financial restrictions remain a major obstacle.
Deals already completed and clubs still pushing
West Ham have secured the signing of Valentín “Taty” Castellanos from Lazio and are expected to remain active as they battle relegation. Arsenal and Tottenham have also completed deals in the women’s game, while several Premier League clubs continue talks for midfield and defensive reinforcements.
With weeks still left in the window, this is only the beginning.
